The food that we propose to you is a triumph of the Sicilian traditions,
at best expressing the high-quality fresh products: the cherry tomatos,
the eggplants, the wild finocchiettos, a wide variety of fish,
crustaceans and muscles that we buy fresh daily at the market in Ortigia.
